Go-Geo Help - Viewing the Results
Introduction
The search results will appear as a list from which the user may choose a record to view in more detail. Currently there is a limit of 100 records which can be retrieved.

The Results Listing
The results index shows a list of the records retrieved by the search. To access the record, the user must click on the title of the record.
Comparing by Geographical Extent
One or more records can also be viewed by geographic coverage; this is useful to determine which area the dataset refers to and to see this extent on a map.
To do this, click on the check box (on the left column) next to the title/s you wish to view, and then click on the "compare extents" link at the bottom of the check boxes (see Image below highlighted in orange).
(Using the "Compare Extents" feature to view your datasets Results)
This brings up a map of the UK with your selected datasets shown by geographical extent (using different coloured boxes - see Image Above). For the example above 4 records referring to the search criteria "Soils" are displayed (3 are of a UK wide scale, however one dataset with the red boundary is a smaller area in the midlands region only). To view the records of any of these results, click on the title in the key.
This then takes you to the Record Metadata Page, the same as would clicking on the title on the first results page.
