Introduction
To aid navigation and quick use of the Go-Geo! website it uses 2 types of Icons: Main Navigation Menu Icons, and Descriptive Record Icons.

Main Navigation Menu Icons
The main navigation menu icons help to pictorally show within which web-resource section you are in on the website.

Descriptive Record Icons
The descriptive record icons appear on the web resources results pages by the individual resource. They are used for a quick scan of the results page and as a guide to the major features of that particular resource (similar to icons you see in restaurant/hotel guides) to help you quickly find results that meet basic criteria. They differ within each of the channels with relation to the resource. If you hover over an icon with your mouse this will also give you a description of what the icon is.
